Nature's Way High Strength Iron supports your dietary Iron intake with a convenient one-a-day dose in sustained release tablets. It contains Iron Bisglycinate, a form of Iron which is gentle on the stomach and better-absorbed than some other forms of Iron. It also includes Vitamin B12, and Vitamin C to help increase absorption.
Nature's Way High Strength iron supports healthy Iron levels when dietary intake is inadequate, and helps to support energy levels & relieve tiredness.

Adults: 1 tablet daily, or as directed by health professional.
